Intelis Enhanced Operator Services (iEOS)

Intelis' Enhanced Operator Services (iEOS) is a fully-featured Operator Services package that completes toll calls charging the calls to a BOC Card, Credit Card, Collect, Third Party or Sent Paid (Bill to ANI). The iEOS uses the Automated Call Processor (iACP) for automated operator support and the Universal Operator Station (iUOS) for live operator support. All external validation is performed by the Global Validation Server (iGVS) using X25 or optionally, SS7 TCAP to LIDB. The Intelis Billing Processor (iBP) rates these calls and generates call activity records and Intelis Billing Records (iBR). The iEOS runs on the Universal Call Processor platform.
