iCBP reads Teltronics 20-20 CDR records, analyzes the CDR to determine caller
activity and creates Intelis Billing Records (IBR).
The iCBP also creates, in real-time, EMI (also known as EMR) records of
type 11-XX-01, 11-XX-25,
11-XX-31, 11-XX-32, 11-XX-20 or 11-XX-16
that illustrates on a call-by-call basis all call
activity.
Functionality
-
Reads in “near real-time”
Teltronics 20-20 CDR using a RS-232 serial port or an Open LAN TCP/IP connection
configured as an IMM port.
-
Writes Teltronics 20-20 CDR to the iCBP's
local hard disk drive
-
Analyzes Teltronics 20-20 CDR to
determine caller activity
-
Generates Intelis Billing
Records (IBR) (billing records)
-
Generates EMI records of type
11-XX-XX.
-
Writes IBR and EMI to the
iCBP’s local hard disk drive.
-
Writes EMI records to a SQL
Server database table insuring one and only one record per call is stored.
This is important as two iCBPs may be writing identical data in the
event the system is configured with redundant iCBPs.
