- Reads CDR using a RS-232 serial port or OpenLAN
- Writes an exact copy of the CDR to the iBP local hard disk drive
- Analyzes CDR in real time to determine switch and caller activity
- Rates calls based upon configurable rating tables
- Generates Intelis Billing Records (iBR)
- Writes iBR to the local hard disk drive
- Writes iBR to a ODBC-compliant database table
- Generates real time EMI records

- Time-of-day at the ANI
- Time-of-day and Holiday discounts
- Mileage sensitive first and additional period rates
- Periods from 10 minutes to one second
- International country codes up to six digits
- International rates are dependent upon country or country/city
- World Zone 1 exceptions based on NPA or NXXNXX
