The Intelis Automated Call Processor is a
third-generation Interactive Voice Response
Unit designed to interface with the Teltronics switching platform. The iACP supports
up to two (2) T1 telephony interfaces and takes advantage of the Teltronics switch's
high speed out-of-band signaling Host Interface Link (HIL). The iACP supports up
to four (4) RS-232 HIL circuits or OpenLAN.
The iACP enables users to create a highly programmable service environment. It
uses an Intelis proprietary voice response language to create custom voice
response applications. This programming language (iRULES) is highly
configurable and easy to use. This allows custom application development
to be carried out at a low cost and with an industry-leading time to market.
