All Intelis products are built using the Universal
Call Processor (UCP) Architecture. This architecture provides an highly
configurable system to be built using existing components and by adding custom
components we can deliver a product that exceeds the customers' expectations in
a short time.
- Custom Application Development
The
modular UCP architecture allows enormous flexibility in creating custom
applications. We are able to quickly build applications due
to our enormous library of reusable Intelis software components. The
iRULES language allows the automated operator to be quickly and easily
configured to the customers needs. As a result, our time to market is
unmatched in the industry.
- Scalability
All Intelis applications
are designed to be fully redundant and to automatically switch over in the
event of a failure. If necessary, these applications can also be run
stand-alone. Each application can be run on different physical
platforms to maximize performance and flexibility, or many applications can
run on the same hardware platform to best utilize physical resources. Our
applications are capable of handling very high call volumes. Intelis
products routinely handle call volumes in excess of 10,000 calls per hour.

User Friendly
All of our applications built with the UCP
architecture use MS SQL Server. To this end, Intelis provides the
customer with database administration software (iAdSys). This software
allows the customer to administer their database tables with ease.
iAdSys is customized for every installation, ensuring that the application
is tailored exactly to customer requirements. iAdSys is a Windows
98/NT GUI application. Examples include Rating Table Administration
and Fraud Control Administration. Intelis will build a custom iAdSys
