The Intelis Programmable Media Server addresses:

1.       Integrated Enhanced Applications.  The Taqua OCX and Intelis Media Server are tightly integrated.  This allows the Media Server to provide many enhanced Class-5 services.  With the Media Server being driven by database script commands you can offer different services based upon incoming or outgoing call information.  Applications can be created quickly via the administration environment to support customer requests for new services

2.       Generic Voice Response Applications.  Offer powerful IVR applications that generate highly active subscribers and lower customer churn.

3.       Voice Messaging.  Store messages for subscribers.  Give Subscribers full access to maintain voice-messaging options.  Create email or other notification methods upon new message receipt.
