Intelis Billing Mediation The Billing Record Generator (BRG) reads Taqua CDR from the Taqua TOM and generates AMA records and EMI records. AMA Records The AMA records created by the BRG are Structure Codes 0625, 0001, 0500, 0360 and 0364 as defined in the Telecordia document GR-1100. These Structure Codes record the following types of calls:
EMI Records The BRG generates a sub-set of the Category 10 and Category 11 EMI records as defined in the ATIS document ATIS/OBF-EMI-016. The Category 10 EMI records record all billable events such as toll calls and CLASS 5 feature usage. The Category 11 EMI records are often referred to as CABS billing records and are typically used for reciprocal compensation.
