John K. Marshall
President CEO Chairman of the Board

Mr. Marshall has been involved with telecommunications starting
with his first assignment at Com Dev as a hardware engineer developing
computers that were used for early SMDR reporting packages. He
later joined Voice Computer Technologies – an original pioneer
in the Interactive Voice Response market – early in the company’s
start-up phase. Having designed much of the proprietary hardware
and software at Voice Computer Technologies he was promoted to
Vice President, Research and Development. After further expanding
his telephony background as Vice President, Systems Engineering
at LD*OS, an early Alternative Operator Service provider, he joined
Protocall, a leading developer of enhanced telephony applications.
Protocall specialized in Operator Services, Prepaid, Directory
Assistance and Coin Sent Paid. Harris Corporation acquired Protocall
where he worked in various engineering and product management
roles. In 1997, Mr. Marshall founded Intelis with the goal of
providing quality enhanced telephony applications for both long
distant companies and local telephony service providers. Under
his direction, Intelis has established itself as a leading provider
of enhanced telephony products providing solutions to RBOCs, large
and small independent telephone companies, long distance carriers
and to enterprises. He is committed to community service and is,
currently a Boy Scout leader as well as active member of Christ
the King Lutheran Church. He founded and continues to be an active
board member of King’s Ridge Christian School. Mr. Marshall graduated
from Purdue University with a BSEE in 1980 and MSEE in 1981.

Karl Mumbower
Vice President Engineering
|
As Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Mumbower, has responsibility for the development and delivery of products and services to Intelis customers. He has been involved in the computer industry since 1982, and joined Intelis in June of 1998. He has extensive experience in the rating, billing, and processing of call information. While at Intelis, Mr. Mumbower has led the development of, and the integration requirements for many of Intelis current products. He also has responsibility for the development of core customer products based upon marketing and customer feedback. Prior to joining Intelis, Mr. Mumbower spent 9 years in various development and managerial roles at Lithonia Lighting. Prior to Lithonia Lighting, Karl spent 8 years in the healthcare industry as a consultant and software designer. He continues to provide consulting services to the Barnstorming Group, LLC, a healthcare product development company that he founded in 1992.
Mr. Mumbower received an Associates degree in Information Systems
from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA.

Wayne Wise
Director Product Management
|
As Director of Product Management, Mr. Wise brings thirty years of experience
in the telecommunications industry to Intelis. Mr. Wise began
has career in telecommunications while serving in the military.
Upon leaving the military he took a position as a Technical Operation
Manager with National Telephone Services (NTS). NTS was one of
the original Alternative Operator Services providers providing
both automated and live operator services to the long distance
carrier and payphone industries. In 1991 he joined US Teledata,
also an Alternative Operator Services provider, as the Manager
of Network Operations. While at US Teledata the company was acquired
by Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Mr. Wise served as a Senior
Communications Analyst at EDS responsible for not only the Operator
Services portion of the division but also supporting multiple
inbound and outbound call centers through out the country. In
1998 he joined Harris Corporation, Digital Telephone Services,
as a Sales Engineer where he was responsible for technical sales
support of the Harris 20-20 CLASS 4 switch and the enhanced services
platforms, (Operator Services, Calling Card, and Prepaid Applications)
developed for the system. While at Harris he rose to the position
of Manager of Sales Engineering for the division. Mr. Wise left
Harris Corporation in March 2000 to join LecStar; an Atlanta based
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). While at LecStar he
last served as the Director of Network Operations. Mr. Wise joined
Intelis in his current capacity on April 15, 2002.

Bruce Kaczay
Vice President Sales
|
Bruce has over 30 years experience in the Telephony Industry.
He began his technical career with Owens Corning as a Data Analyst
while working on his Bachelor in Business Administration degree.
Upon graduating with a Master in Business Administration he joined
Ohio Bell Telephone Company and began his Telecommunications experience,
as a System Developer. Bruce progressed to the position of System
Optimization Analyst before leaving to join Datacomp as Director of Systems.
At Datacomp he held such positions as Director of Systems and Operations
and rose to Regional Vice President having complete P & L responsibilities
for the region. When Volt purchased Datacomp he joined Volt Delta
Resources holding positions as an Account Executive, Account Executive Director
and ultimately Vice President of Sales where his duties included identification,
development and execution of marketing and sales strategies with a customer
centric focus. In addition to his BBA and MBA, Bruce holds a CDP as well as
various technical proficiency certificates
