ILD ANNOUNCES THE PURCHASE OF THE INTELIS ENHANCEd operator services (EOS) platform

ILD selects Intelis’ IP-based next generation enhanced operator services (EOS) platform to replace current legacy systems and migrate from TDM to VoIP

DALLAS, Texas and NORCROSS, Georgia, October 14, 2004 – ILD Telecommunications Inc., a premier enhanced communication provider, today announces it has contracted to license and deploy Intelis’ next generation VoIP-based EOS (Enhanced Operator Services) platform. The platform is scheduled to be fully deployed and operational prior to December 31, 2004.

The Intelis EOS platform will be utilized by ILD to provide long distance operator services to ILD’s current and future customers.

“The Intelis platform allows us to take advantage of the benefits a next generation VoIP solution has to offer, while ensuring our numerous current unique customer programs are supported”, said Dennis Stoutenburgh, President, ILD. “In addition, the EOS platform with its open architecture, allows us to quickly and easily develop and deploy a variety of new and innovative services for our customers,” he added.

The Intelis EOS platform seamlessly integrates with a variety of switching elements including traditional TDM and next-generation IP based platforms. The EOS also integrates with a switching platform that supports both TDM and IP allowing a service provider the flexibility to implement with TDM and migrate to VoIP as required.
