Intelis’ Enhanced Operator Services Platform

CLOVIS, New Mexico and ALPHARETTA, Georgia, June 8, 2009 – ENMR • Plateau, a full-service communications company, announced it has successfully deployed the Intelis Enhanced Operator Services platform. ENMR • Plateau is currently using the Intelis platform for traditional Operator Services including Directory Assistance and Toll and Assist. ENMR • Plateau is also taking advantage of the platform’s open architecture using it as an attendant for incoming calls to ENMR • Plateau’s business office and for agents to place outbound customer survey calls.
